Tenants

We specialise in good quality rented accommodation ranging from one bedroom flats to larger family homes. We cover Warrington and surrounding areas.

Type of tenancy

This will be an Assured Periodic Tenancy. This is a rolling tenancy with no fixed end date.

Rent

This is payable per calendar month, in advance, usually by standing order. The rent due date is normally when the tenancy begins and monthly thereafter.

Deposit

The deposit will be equivalent to five weeks rent (unless otherwise stated by the landlord) which will be required in advance to be held against damage or dilapidations or non payment of rent etc, and is returnable, less any deductions, after vacation at the end of the tenancy.

Having found a suitable property A formal application form must be submitted for each adult who will be living in the property. All adults will be named on the tenancy agreement and will therefore be jointly responsible for the property. We always take up references for all applicants, this will include a credit check.

Confirmation of references

The tenancy is not secured and confirmed until satisfactory references have been obtained and we have our clients final consent, all the legal documentation has been signed and executed and the rent and deposit has then been paid.

Your initial account

The rent and deposit must be paid once the tenancy has been signed and executed. This money must be paid by bank transfer.
